This is not a boundary survey
Lines and dimensions are compiled from Metro Nashville GIS, which carries a
positional accuracy of roughly 2 to 5 feet. Use this exhibit for planning,
feasibility and CAD base work only. It is not a substitute for a boundary
survey, and it may not be used for conveyance, construction staking, or a
permit set. A licensed Tennessee land surveyor must establish the boundary.

coordinate system, NAD83, US survey feet (EPSG 2274). Courses run clockwise
from the northernmost corner. Segments shorter than 0.5 ft are digitizing
artifacts and are omitted from this table but kept in the geometry.
